Accessibility

BeautyTims aims to make its fashion and beauty coverage usable by readers with different abilities, devices and ways of navigating. Accessibility is an ongoing design and editorial responsibility. This statement is not a claim of formal certification or a completed independent accessibility audit.

Our approach

We aim to use descriptive headings, readable text, meaningful link labels, adequate contrast and useful alternative text for informative images. Navigation and forms should work with a keyboard, and layouts should remain usable when readers zoom the page or use a smaller screen. Decorative images should not create unnecessary noise for assistive technology.

Reading and navigation

You can use your browser’s zoom controls to enlarge text. The site includes a skip-to-content link to help bypass repeated navigation. If a particular page, menu or form prevents you from reading or completing a task, please tell us which part is affected.

Third-party content

Linked retailer sites and third-party services may have different accessibility features. BeautyTims does not control their interfaces. Embedded content, older pages and externally supplied media may also need improvements; we do not assume that every component works equally well with every assistive technology.

Report a barrier

Use our contact form and mark your message as an accessibility issue. Include the page URL, the task you were trying to complete and a description of what happened. Your browser, device and assistive technology can help reproduce the issue, but sharing these details is optional. Avoid including sensitive personal information.

What happens next

Reports should be reviewed to identify the barrier and a practical improvement or alternative way to access the information. We cannot promise a particular resolution date before assessing the issue. Your feedback helps prioritize changes that make the publication easier to use.
